Here's how getting your order works, from confirmation to your door (or ours).
We don't run a fixed courier rate card yet. Because every order is made to order, delivery cost and timing are confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp based on your location and the item — this page explains how that process works.
Local Collection — Pietermaritzburg
Collection is available from M70 Road, Mvundlweni, Pietermaritzburg. Once your order is confirmed and ready, we'll arrange a collection time with you on WhatsApp. We're always open for orders.
Delivery Outside Pietermaritzburg
We deliver nationwide. When you place an order, tell us your delivery address and we'll confirm the courier cost and expected timeline for your specific location before you pay anything.
Production Time
Most OKUHLE pieces are made or printed to order rather than kept as ready stock, so please allow a few days for production before your item ships or is ready for collection. We'll give you a specific estimate once your order is confirmed.
Lay-By
Lay-by is available over 2–3 months on any order. Your item is made and shipped once payment is complete — ask us for terms when you order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll sort a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act — see our Terms & Conditions for full detail.
